The Haitian Body Double Conspiracy

I know this is off topic but in the latest episode of Heroes, there was a scene where Pete Petrelli hits the Haitian (Jimmy Jean-Louis) in the forehead with a tray whilst on the run.  It all happened very fast and I wasn’t sure what was actually going on in that scene so I paused it and did a frame by frame.  Ok, so I found out that Peter had managed to pick up a metal tray within the junk whilst running and smacked the Haitian in the head - nothing surprising there…

Skip forward a few frames and you’ll also notice that we can actually see the face of the Haitian’s body double!!  So they brought in a guy to take it in the head for our friend Jimmy.  That would be fine, except for the fact that Jimmy had taken one in the head in the previous episode by Ando (pictured below).

Did Jimmy hurt his head in this episode therefore requiring a body double in the next episode?
Or is Jimmy’s head only hard at the back and not at the front?
Are there guys out there who specialise in being only hit in the front side of their head?
Yes, some important things to ponder…

adorably angry Soko

I’ll kill her. This song is a bit psychotic, but I think every girl feels this once in their lives.

Side Project : Invisible Inc

I’m a big fan of browsing myspace and youtube for new music. There’s so much great undiscovered talent out there that doesn’t reach the masses. I found these guys through a fella called Daniel Riera, a very talented young producer. Futher still, I found him when I was browsing youtube for vocoder/talk box videos and found his rendition of the Carpenters song “Close to You” and added it to my favourites. At this point he only had one video, but it left me begging for more.

Months later, I noticed he posted u some new vids and realised he was in a group. The videos feature a very young looking MC (George Watsky) who blew me away with his skills on the mic. He won me with his speed raps on the song “Fck an Emcee name” - he’s definitely in my list of top 10 speed rappers. From there I checked out the myspace link on the video and the group was called Invisible Inc. The group consisted of 2 latin, classically trained, jazz musicians (Daniel Riera on the flute and Max Miller Loran on the trumput, both great beat makers in their own right) and a Poetry Champion (George on the mic, sometimes on the drums and the harmonica) - defeinitely a force to be reckoned with.

I love hip hop, and it’s a terrible waste when good hip hop doesn’t reach its intended audience, so i’m always willing to help upcoming artists in any way, shape or form and that’s normally with web stuff. I
